Join us in Waco for another alumni festival.
Tentative Agenda:
–Friday–
5pm-10pm: Dinner and Alumni Meeting @ Trujillos on La Salle
10pm: Alumni and Club Officer Meeting at Hilton Bar
–Saturday–
10am-2pm: Match and BBQ
3pm-8pm: Pool and Cleanup (Location TBD)
8pm-????: Milk and Cookies (Crickets and Other)
–Sunday–
9am-11am: Brunch (Hilton)
We have a block of rooms at the Hilton – tell them you’re with the Baylor Rugby Alumni Association.

So far we’ve had only seven people register for the festival and donate online.
But with those seven people, we’ve already raised $1,025!!! We’re on a good pace to reach our $7,500 goal. It’d be great if we could make it at least halfway before the festival with online donations.

Gentlemen -
Our goal this year is to raise $7,500. We’ll be keeping track of our status and taking donations up through the day of the match and festivities. This is a very attainable goal with as many alumni as we have. If we all donate $100 or more, we can easily reach our goal!
Also, be sure to check with your companies to see if they will match your donation (most do). Since we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we can provide receipts to the company that can be used as a tax deduction.
We will also be holding a silent auction to raise money. Ask your friends, family, companies, favorite restaurants, etc. if they would like to donate an item to the auction. Again, they will be able to take advantage of our non-profit charity status.
Last year was a great success for the the Association and the club – let’s make it another great year and get the funding we need to become an elite collegiate rugby club.
We have a minimum donation of $50 this year to register for the festival. Please consider donating more so we can reach our goal. Also be sure to let us know what size shirt you want in the notes area!
